Rising Star of the Year – Simon Floyd
Our 2025 Rising Star of the Year was Simon Floyd, earning an impressive 35% of the overall vote. This award celebrates growth, impact, and excellence, recognising individuals who demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and a hunger to learn and evolve.
Simon, Senior Recruitment Consultant in Education, exemplified these qualities throughout 2025. Despite personal challenges, he consistently delivered outstanding results, showing grit, tenacity, and a proactive approach to building market knowledge and strategic thinking.

Support Champion of the Year – Louise Foster
Director of People, Louise Foster, was crowned Support Champion of the Year. This award honours a non-sales team member whose dedication, care, and curiosity play a vital role in our success.
Louise stepped up like never before in 2025; supporting new hires, embracing change, and championing our core values with unwavering commitment. Her behind-the-scenes impact has elevated the business and strengthened our culture. A true Baltimore advocate – well done, Lou!
Consultant of the Year – Maddison Barry
Maddison Barry, Assistant Divisional Lead in our Delivery team, set the benchmark for excellence as our Consultant of the Year. This award recognises consultants who deliver exceptional revenue performance while inspiring others through quality, resilience, and professionalism.
Maddi’s relentless focus on self-improvement and her ability to lead from the front made her stand out. Her contribution in 2025 was nothing short of phenomenal, and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations, Maddi!
Inspirational Leader of the Year – Leah Overend
Our Inspirational Leader of the Year was Assistant Director, Leah Overend. This award celebrates leaders who live our values, coach others to success, and shape our culture.
Leah exemplifies purposeful leadership – embracing feedback, investing in development, and fostering collaboration. One nomination summed it up perfectly: “Is there anything Leah cannot do? Her commitment, dedication, expertise, and passion are admirable.”

CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement – Jordan Groves
Sales Director, Jordan Groves, received the CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement, personally selected by Charmaine Vincent. This award recognises individuals who maintain a growth mindset and deliver exceptional impact.

Team of the Year – Sales Operations
Launched in January 2025, our Sales Operations team transformed how we operate – freeing consultants to focus on business development while driving efficiency across the business. Under Suz’s strategic leadership and Maddi’s support, the team demonstrated outstanding collaboration and resilience, maximising opportunities and delivering exceptional results.
