Programme Manager – Transformation / Improvement

Reporting into Assistant Director of Transformation you will be responsible for delivering on several programmes across the authority from inception to completion.

 

About the Programme Manager role:

  • Delivery of transformation and business change programmes
  • Liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Transformation and business change to deliver savings targets.
  • Skilled navigation of complexities within the organisation
  • Completing service design while putting residents at the heart of all you do

 

Your previous experience as a Programme Manager:

  • Strong political prowess
  • Vast experience of programme delivery from inception to completion
  • Ability to see through complex changes along with CMT
  • Experience of Digital transformation would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
  • Prince 2 and experience of agile methodologies are essential.
