We are delighted to announce that our current Senior Manager, Vic Singh, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Sales & Customer Experience.
As Assistant Director of Sales & Customer Experience, Vic will be responsible for driving sales and delivering quality service to our clients and candidates.
Vic has been integral to the business since his appointment as Senior Manager at the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Since joining, he has gone from strength to strength, providing unrivalled support and assistance to our Sales Director, Suzanne Rudd, as well as taking the reins of our emerging markets and our well-established education division in order to bring out the very best of our people. As a result of Vic’s successful leadership, our education team has seen a 39.9% growth in weekly gross profit, a 28% growth in overall team billings and 44.8% growth in contractor book.
