Jordan Groves is promoted to Director of Sales

The team here at Baltimore Consulting are delighted to announce that Jordan Groves has been appointed as the business’s Director of Sales.

As Director of Sales, Jordan will be responsible for managing the company’s sales division and will be focused on driving quality, customer experience, client engagement and utilising a more efficient central delivery model.

Jordan has been an integral part of the business since joining in 2017. Originally joining as a Recruitment Consultant within the education sector, he has since placed 300+ professionals across Education Services within Local Authority. The impact these candidates have had is monumental, not only within their local authorities, but within the education sector in its entirety.

This is a significant appointment within the business; not only is this progression representative of Baltimore Consulting’s growth, but their commitment to their employees, as well as their clients and candidates.

This promotion comes following a strategic restructure this year. As a result, the business will enhance and expand on the service they offer their clients and candidates, by introducing a new sales operations function headed up by Sales Operations Director, Suzanne Rudd.

The intention is to build a sales delivery and support function that compliments and supports the sales strategy, enabling them to service, maintain and develop MSP relationships in an efficient way and ultimately drive excellence through candidate care.

On his promotion to Director of Sales, Jordan Groves states:

“This is such an exciting time for us at Baltimore Consulting, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this journey. I’m incredibly passionate about education and social care, having worked tirelessly to fulfil the hiring demands of local authorities across the country.

Being promoted into the Director of Sales role is the icing on top of the cake, and I’m so proud to have been recognised for making a real difference to the communities in which we serve.

To all of us, this isn’t just a job. It requires real heart and it’s impossible not to feel pride and passion when placing people into vulnerable subject areas. That impact is what drives me to push forward and in turn, excel, and I am extremely excited to continue to lead from the front and make that difference.”
