The role is likely to be for at least 9 months.

Reporting into Assistant Director of Transformation you will be responsible for delivering on several programmes for Housing and Homelessness for the Local Authority, whilst ensuring clarity throughout the team on shared objectives and clear plans on how to achieve these.

About the Programme Manager – Homelessness role:

• You will be responsible for prevention, resident engagement and future business cases.
• Looking at operating models pieces around how to restructure an organisation
• Transformation and business change to deliver savings targets
• Completing service design while putting residents at the heart of all you do.

Your previous experience as a Programme Manager – Homelessness role:

• Substantial Housing and Homelessness experience within a Local Authority
• Strong political prowess
• Experience of Digital transformation would be an advantage but isn’t essential
• Notable experience of seeing through complex changes with CMT.
• Prince 2 and experience of agile methodologies are essential.
