Women now own 36% of small businesses and the rate of growth of women in business has been 4.2% in the last 12 years. There is still a long way to go, and Charmaine is an advocate for women in business, fighting in the corner of gender equality.
Not only does she run a successful Public Sector recruitment company boasting a 60:40 female to male split, but she is being recognised for her successes, winning accolades above her male counterparts and making waves in the industry.

Now in our 9th year, and despite the effects of the global pandemic, we are going from strength to strength and our results are speaking for themselves.
