We’re incredibly excited to have the opportunity to team up with Diversifying Agencies to help provide opportunities to job seekers from diverse backgrounds and celebrate differences. Matching exceptional candidates with clients based not only on skillset, experience, but on value add as well, sits at the core of what we do, and providing equity in the form of access to work is incredibly important to us.”

Community involvement is incredibly important to Baltimore Consulting and a vital part of the company’s business model; their intention is clear – they make a difference to people’s lives within their community, and they do this through giving back and supporting those who need it.

As a growing business within the South West, they have the power to positively impact the community in which they operate.
