Internally, they have been trained in Neurodiversity, Menopause, and inclusive recruiting – they don’t claim to be the best, but they continually seek to improve.
Their work is integral. They work within vulnerable subject areas such as SEN, mental health and safeguarding vulnerable adults & children throughout the public sector.
