Baltimore Consulting join the Bristol 24/7 Better Business Network

Big-hearted Bristol based recruitment business, Baltimore Consulting, have joined Bristol 24/7’s Better Business Network.

Community involvement is incredibly important to all of us at Baltimore Consulting and our intention is clear – we make a difference to people’s lives within our community, and we do this through giving back and supporting those who need it.

Our work is integral. We work within vulnerable subject areas such as SEN, mental health and safeguarding vulnerable adults & children throughout the public sector.

As a growing business within Bristol and the South West, we have the power to positively impact the community in which we operate.

Baltimore Consulting’s recent work within Bristol and the local community includes their Wick Primary School partnership in supporting them across a range of initiatives. From providing them with vital books for their school library on ED&I, through to building a “safe haven” for vulnerable children within the setting to assist with increasing SEN cases and financial pressures.

The team here at Baltimore Consulting have raised more than £40,000 for Cancer Research services within the Bristol region, through abseiling, skydiving, gala dinner events and naked calendars in a bid to unite Bristol businesses, and we are also partnered with Bristol Mind.

CEO of Baltimore Consulting, Charmaine Vincent, states:

“We’re incredibly excited to be a part of Bristol 24/7’s Better Business Network and to have the opportunity to work with local businesses to positively impact our community and the people within it.

Acts of kindness go such a long way and we’re fortunate enough to be able to make a difference. Our day job is recruiting experts that make a difference to people’s lives within the community and it’s fair to say that helping others sits firmly at the core of everything we do.”
