£280 per day Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Are you an experienced SEND Officer with an Annual Review background looking to step into a fast-paced, highly impactful role where your expertise will directly support children and families? You will be joining a focused recovery team tasked with making a real difference, clearing backlog, improving timelines, and ensuring high-quality EHC plans are delivered. This role will primarily focus on Annual Reviews for young people in Year 9 and above (aged 13+), requiring a strong understanding of preparation for adulthood, post-16 pathways, and transition planning. This is your chance to take ownership, work autonomously, and showcase your ability to manage complex caseloads while collaborating closely with schools and families.

You will initially focus on an Annual Review backlog, predominantly involving Year 9 and above cases (Age 13+), ensuring reviews are completed efficiently and that young people have clear, outcome-focused plans supporting their transition into further education, training, employment, and adulthood.
