Are you an experienced SEND Officer ready to step into a fast-paced, highly impactful role where your expertise will directly support children and families? You will be joining a focused recovery team tasked with making a real difference, clearing backlog, improving timelines, and ensuring high-quality EHC plans are delivered. This is your chance to take ownership, work autonomously, and showcase your ability to manage complex caseloads while collaborating closely with schools and families.

You will initially focus on recovery work before transitioning into a locality-based SEND Officer role, giving you variety and long-term impact. The process is streamlined, just a 30-minute Teams interview followed by a practical task, with decisions made quickly so you can get started without delay.
