Are you an experienced SEN Complex Case Coordinator  ready to make a real impact where it matters most? You will step into a pivotal role supporting complex Annual Reviews, working closely with SEND professionals and families to drive high-quality outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SEN Complex Case Coordinator who thrives on improving processes, influencing practice, and ensuring children and young people receive the support they deserve. As a SEN Complex Case Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and progressing Annual Reviews, without holding a full caseload, giving you the space to focus on quality, complexity, and delivery.

Your role as SEN Complex Case Coordinator:

  •  Lead and amend EHCPs, ensuring they are clear, outcome-focused and high quality
  • Support complex Annual Reviews, keeping cases on track to completion
  • Work closely with Annual Review Officers, families, and professionals
  • Escalate risks and concerns to SEND Managers and SEND Panels
  • Drive continuous improvement across Annual Review processes

Your experience as SEN Complex Case Coordinator:

  • Strong and proven SEN / SEND knowledge within a Local Authority setting
  • Hands-on experience of Annual Review processes and EHCP amendment
  • Ability to manage complex cases with confidence and clarity
  • Skilled in person-centred approaches and collaborative working
  • Understanding of safeguarding, statutory duties, and compliance
