Hybrid Working | 2 Days Onsite

As Head of Education Improvement, you will play a key leadership role within Children’s and Education Services, driving quality improvement, performance, and strategic partnerships to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Your Role as Head of Education Improvement:

• Provide strategic leadership across education improvement and performance
• Drive evidence-led decision making through data, insight and evaluation
• Build strong partnerships with schools and key stakeholders
• Lead service improvement and transformation initiatives
• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement

 
Your Experience as Head of Education Improvement:

• Senior leadership experience within education, children’s services or local government
• Proven success delivering quality improvement and transformational change
• Strong background in performance management, data analysis and evaluation
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop strategic partnerships
• Experience leading high-performing teams in complex organisations
