If you’re an experienced surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and seeing tangible results, this Commercial Project Building Surveyor opportunity offers the chance to lead a varied programme of refurbishment, maintenance, compliance and building fabric projects across a diverse commercial estate.
As Commercial Project Building Surveyor, you’ll be trusted to manage projects from feasibility through to completion while providing technical leadership and ensuring assets remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Reporting into senior property leadership, you’ll work closely with stakeholders, contractors and surveying professionals, playing a key role in maintaining and improving a significant public sector portfolio.
This Commercial Project Building Surveyor position will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery and is confident making decisions that influence project outcomes, budgets and service improvements.
