We’re delighted to announce a promotion within our team, appointing Lauren Cox as our new Head of Marketing.
Baltimore Consulting are a reputable big-hearted business based in the centre of Bristol. Celebrating our tenth year in in business in 2022, Lauren’s appointment as Head of Marketing is key to achieving further growth plans.
Having worked for Baltimore Consulting since 2015, Lauren has grown with the business and this has proven invaluable.
Her marketing capabilities have gone from strength to strength and she has managed multiple projects throughout her time working at Baltimore Consulting; in 2020, she helped organise a gala dinner in aid of Cancer Research UK for more than 200 people, alongside CEO, Charmaine Vincent. This was followed by instructing a rebrand of Baltimore Consulting in 2021, including a full brand redesign, dynamic website build and new office space.
Not only is she passionate about bringing brands to life through storytelling, overseeing the business’ entire brand and marketing strategy, but they are a business with heart, and she is involved with their community offering, as well as the equality, diversity and inclusion pledges and policies in house.
A member of “Girls in Marketing,” Lauren shares the company’s values and is impassioned by equality and equity, working with the business and continually seeking to improve.
On her promotion to Head of Marketing, Lauren states:
