Bristol-based recruitment boss, Charmaine Vincent, shortlisted for two Best Business Women Awards

We are delighted to announce that Bristol based businesswoman and recruitment boss, Charmaine Vincent, has been shortlisted for two 2022 Best Business Women Awards.

Charmaine Vincent, of Baltimore Consulting, is an award-winning entrepreneur that has fought her way to the very top, despite adversity through gender inequality.

Women now own 36% of small businesses and the rate of growth of women in business has been 4.2% in the last 12 years. There is still a long way to go, and Charmaine is an advocate for women in business, fighting in the corner of gender equality. Not only does she run a successful Public Sector recruitment company boasting a 60:40 female to male split, but she is being recognised for her successes, winning accolades above her male counterparts and making waves in the industry.

The Best Business Women Awards are designed to recognise the achievements of those women across a wide range of industries.

Charmaine Vincent, of Baltimore Consulting is delighted, having been recognised as a finalist within the “Best Businesswoman in Recruitment”, and the “Best Boss” categories.

Charmaine is a truly inspiring business leader. Having founded Baltimore Consulting 9 years ago, she has built a hugely successful business, delivering industry leading growth during this time and a projected £18million turnover in 2022. Now in our 9th year, and despite the effects of the global pandemic, we are going from strength to strength and our results are speaking for themselves.

Charmaine is extremely passionate about maintaining a positive mindset and this certainly spreads throughout the entire business. Far too often we are led by fear and become our own Achilles heel. It’s easy to say that we don’t have time, but the reality is, if we turn our “should”, into a “must” and commit to doing something positive, limitations and barriers are removed, and anything is possible.

Charmaine Vincent says:

“I’m absolutely delighted to be recognised alongside so many other inspiring women. Our stories are all unique, with most of us having to overcome some form of challenge or adversity. That said, I’m passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and am very proud to achieve such unprecedented growth through giving back to the community. It’s wonderful to be recognised for doing something you love.”

At Baltimore Consulting, our mantra is “empowered to be authentic and achieve great things,” and this is something that shines through our business.

Our story is truly unique, and we are proud of that. It’s part of our DNA.
