Bristol-based recruitment company with a difference, Baltimore Consulting, are delighted to have been announced as the 2022 winners of the People Services category at this year’s Bristol Life awards.
The Bristol Life Awards are a business highlight of the city. They are the most prestigious, most tightly contested Awards with the greatest number of local companies involved.
Nearly 250 businesses entered this year’s awards, and the winners were crowned on May 18th in a spectacular in-person black-tie gala evening at Ashton Gate in Bristol.
The People Services category recognises the work of businesses who put people at their core; those that know how to get the very best out of their most important assets.

The business has been on an upward trajectory since founding but have truly come into their own after completing a management buyout in 2018, whereby CEO, Charmaine Vincent, took full ownership of Baltimore Consulting. Since then, the female entrepreneur has won multiple awards and has grown the business to what it is today whilst boasting a 95% staff retention rate.
