Bristol based recruitment company, Baltimore Consulting, have announced a promotion within their team, appointing Josie Ward as Talent & Development Manager.
Supporting Louise Foster, our award-winning Director of People, Josie’s contribution to the business has been phenomenal during her tenure.
Starting with Baltimore Consulting during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Consultant within our Education team, Josie has had the opportunity to develop from within the business and has been able to nurture staff based on her own experience. Her passion for learning & development shines through, as does her investment in the people within the business.
Having seen a 38% increase in headcount as a result of her hiring commitments, Josie has also been responsible for the onboarding of new staff and supporting with the training programmes for all sales staff.
She is incredibly passionate about the sectors in which we work, and seeing our people make a difference within vulnerable subject areas makes her extremely proud.
Working within vulnerable subject areas, Josie is responsible for ensuring that Consultants are equipped with the tools they need to provide a level of care to our clients and candidates that is second-to-none.
On her promotion to Talent & Development Manager, Josie states:
