The team here at Baltimore Consulting are delighted to have been named as finalists within three different categories at the 2023 Business Leader Awards in the South West.
Baltimore Consulting have been recognised as Employer of the Year and Business of the Year (11-50 employees), and CEO, Charmaine Vincent, is a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year category.
Following our recent office move, to be recognised across all three categories is a remarkable achievement that we are incredibly proud of. The Employer of the Year award is an accolade that celebrates organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

The Business of the Year category recognises strong leadership, an innovative business model, a clear focus on customer experience and sustainable growth, and in line with this, Charmaine has been recognised for demonstrating outstanding enterprise, innovation and entrepreneurial flair. This award is aimed at business leaders with exceptional vision and leadership.
We make a difference to people’s lives with every placement we make, working with 90% of local authorities across the UK, and this is something we are extremely proud of.
Despite adversity, we have been true to who we are and changed the lives of so many within the community in the process.
The Business Leader Awards celebrate the best in South West business, and winners will be announced on 21st September at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol.
