We are delighted to announce a promotion within our team, appointing Children’s Services specialist, Jade Hidderley as our Divisional Lead.
Jade’s role will be to support our award-winning Divisional Manager, Leah Overend, who was recently awarded the Most Inspiring Team Leader at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards.
Having already achieved 9% growth under her leadership, Baltimore Consulting’s Children’s Services team have gone from strength to strength, making a significant change in areas such as fostering and adoption, children’s safeguarding, Ofsted improvement and learning disabilities within local authorities across the UK.
Working within these vulnerable subject areas means that is vital the level of care we give to our clients and candidates is second-to-none.
On her promotion to Divisional Lead of Children’s Services, Jade states:
“I’m feeling super excited and inspired to be stepping into my new role and I can’t wait to help drive the further success of the Children’s Services division going into 2023.
