We’re delighted to announce that we have appointed Education specialist, Athena O’Connor-Lindsey as Divisional Lead.
Athena’s role will be to support our Associate Director, Jordan Groves, in running Baltimore Consulting’s largest team.
This appointment comes after the education division achieved 28% revenue growth on the previous year, and 107% of their combined annual target in 2023.
Baltimore Consulting’s education team have truly gone from strength to strength, making a significant change in areas such as special educational needs, school improvement and educational psychology within local authorities across the UK.
Working within these vulnerable subject areas means the level of care we give to our clients and candidates is second-to-none.
On her promotion to Divisional Lead of Education, Athena states:
