We’re excited to announce that education specialist Ailidh Van Wyk has been appointed Associate Director of Client Engagement for Education.
This news comes alongside a redefined client engagement model, based upon enhancing customer experience and aligning it with future expansion plans over the next 12 months.
As Associate Director of Client Engagement, Ailidh will be responsible for driving sales and delivering quality service to both new and existing clients within the education division.
Ailidh has been an integral part of the business since joining in 2016. Her innate ability to build relationships has allowed the business to work exclusively with an additional 18% of Local Authorities across the UK, placing senior professionals working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The impact these candidates have had is monumental, not only within their local authorities, but within the education sector in its entirety.
Working within vulnerable subject areas means that the level of care we give to our clients and candidates is second-to-none.

Ailidh’s new role will develop a culture shift towards business development; whilst, of course we all want to increase our market reach, identify new customers and drive sales, the nature of the sales industry can be fickle.
