Are you an experienced Programme Manager within Housing looking for a high-profile part-time opportunity to lead a major transformation programme within social housing? This is your chance to take ownership of the procurement and implementation of a brand-new Housing and Repairs Management System, helping to shape the future delivery of services for tenants and residents.

As a Housing Programme Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders, suppliers and key stakeholders, providing expert guidance through procurement, mobilisation and implementation.

This is a critical assignment where your expertise will directly influence service improvement, regulatory compliance and organisational transformation. If you have a proven track record delivering complex housing systems projects, this could be the ideal next step for you.

Your Role as a Housing Programme Manager,

• Lead the procurement and selection of a new Housing and Repairs Management System
  • Drive the implementation and successful delivery of the chosen solution
  • Provide expert knowledge of housing management and repairs services
  • Lead change management activities and embed new ways of working across services
  • Deliver strategic leadership while engaging senior stakeholders, suppliers and project teams

Your Previous Experience as a Housing Programme Manager,

• You must have significant experience working within social housing services
  • You must also have a Strong background in procuring and implementing housing management or repairs systems
  • Proven programme and project management expertise on large-scale transformation projects
  • Experience leading organisational change and service improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results under challenging timescales
