Are you ready to step into a Advanced Practitioner – Quality Assurance (SEND) role where your expertise will directly shape the quality and impact of EHCP processes? In this highly influential Advanced Practitioner – Quality Assurance (SEND) position, you will take the lead on driving excellence, ensuring robust quality assurance frameworks, and embedding continuous improvement across SEND services. You will be central to strengthening partnership working and guaranteeing that children and young people achieve the outcomes they deserve. This Advanced Practitioner – Quality Assurance (SEND) role offers the opportunity to influence practice working across education, health, and care, while championing high standards, compliance, and innovation. Your Role as Advanced Practitioner – Quality Assurance (SEND):

• Lead quality assurance and quality improvement activity across EHCP processes
• Drive person-centred, strengths-based practice to improve outcomes for children and young people
• Ensure compliance with SEND legislation, Ofsted/CQC frameworks, and Local Authority requirements
• Build strong multi-agency partnerships across education, health, and social care
• Champion continuous learning, reflection, and evidence-based practice across teams

Your experience as an Advanced Practitioner – Quality Assurance (SEND):

• Proven experience within SEND services with strong knowledge of EHCP processes
• Demonstrable expertise in quality assurance, audit, and improvement frameworks
• Strong understanding of statutory SEND responsibilities and inspection frameworks
• Experience working collaboratively with multi-agency partners and stakeholders
• Ability to provide professional leadership, guidance, and influence at all levels

You will adopt a flexible hybrid working pattern, with a balance of office presence to build relationships and remote work depending on priorities.
