Are you an experienced EHC Plan Writer ready to hit the ground running and make a real impact ahead of the new academic year? This is a fast-paced opportunity where you will take ownership of statutory assessments and produce high-quality, outcome-focused plans that truly stand up to scrutiny. As an EHC Plan Writer, you will manage your own caseload, working remotely while collaborating effectively with families and professionals to ensure every plan is robust, compliant, and delivered on time for September readiness.  

Your role as an EHC Plan Writer:

• Lead statutory EHC assessments, coordinating input from key professionals
• Draft clear, evidence-based and outcome-focused EHCPs using MS Word and internal systems
• Ensure timely production of plans in line with statutory deadlines
• Maintain effective liaison with families and professionals (limited, not full co-production)
• Uphold safeguarding, equality, and compliance throughout the process

Your experience as an EHC Plan Writer:

• Proven track record producing high-quality EHCPs within statutory frameworks
• Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory assessment processes
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fully remote environment
• Confident working with evidence-based documentation that can withstand tribunal scrutiny

This EHC Plan Writer role offers immediate impact, strong longevity with funding secured for up to 12 months, and the flexibility of fully remote working.
