This Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Lead) position sits within a highly capable digital team, reporting into senior project leadership and trusted to lead complex system change across core housing platforms.

You will be at the heart of modernising services, translating real business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions that make a tangible difference to users.

As Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Lead), you will take ownership of technical delivery across multiple housing systems, working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, vendors and internal stakeholders. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real influence, ideal if you thrive on solving complex system challenges and mentoring others along the way.

Your Role as Senior Systems Analyst (Technical Lead):
• Translating business requirements into clear, effective system solutions
• Leading implementation of new modules and end‑to‑end system processes
• Acting as the technical authority across key housing platforms
• Working collaboratively across on‑premise and SaaS environments
• Driving best practice, knowledge sharing and technical consistency

Your Experience:
• Strong background working with IT business systems, ideally within housing
• Hands‑on expertise in Total Mobile, Civica Keystone and MRI Orchard
• Proven experience leading system implementations and technical change
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and system integrations
• Confidence mentoring colleagues and strengthening technical teams
