We’re thrilled to announce our fifth promotion of 2025, as Children’s Services specialist, Will Smith steps into his new role as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Baltimore Consulting.
Will joined us in 2023, shortly after our return to Castlemead, Bristol, an exciting milestone that marked a new phase of growth and investment in our people. This move enabled us to expand our operations and create space for up to 30 new roles across the Southwest.
Since then, Will has made a significant impact within the Children’s Services directorate. His dedication to supporting vulnerable children and young people has seen him work across 15 Local Authorities in the North of England, building strong, trust-led partnerships and consistently delivering outstanding service. His efforts have helped connect skilled professionals with vital roles in local government, driving meaningful change in the communities we serve and changing social care for the better.
On receiving his promotion, Will said:
