Louise Foster crowned Most Inspiring Support Professional at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards

We’re delighted to announce that our Head of Talent & DevelopmentLouise Foster, has been awarded the Most Inspiring Support Professional at the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards!

A career defining moment, this win is so significant, not only to Louise, but to all of us within the business.

It’s no surprise that Louise has been described as “the best trainer in the industry” by many renowned recruitment professionals; she helps people achieve great things, and this is what makes her award-winning.

A full-time working mother, Louise exudes positivity, still seeing the glass as half full despite overcoming tremendous adversity throughout her life and career.

Over the last circa 25 years, Louise has been able to pass on her skills and experience to a new generation of recruiters; her passion from watching others learn, develop, and succeed from her training expertise stems from her innate ability to nurture those around her. It’s one thing training people to do their job effectively, but you know you have employed someone truly special when they feel that sheer elation when watching others flourish.

What is most inspiring about Louise is her drive; she takes the bull by the horns in every facet of her life and wears her heart on her sleeve whilst doing so.

Louise started her Baltimore Consulting journey 2 years ago. Having trained most of our team from the pre MBO days, it has always just felt like she has come “home”.

She likes to bring life, humour, creativity, and storytelling to her training. It’s what makes her sessions memorable for all the right reasons. Her presence is known throughout the work environment and without her it would be a very different place to work.

For her, it’s not just about recruitment; she genuinely cares about people and has an innate drive and passion to constantly upskill herself.

The Recruiter Investing in Talent Award winners were announced on Tuesday 1st February at The Brewery in London.

With 19 separate categories, the awards were the perfect opportunity to celebrate success with friends, colleagues and peers.

Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards believe:

“Talent is like gold dust – there’s never enough of it. And like great wealth, great talent requires investment – in learning & development and an attractive pay & benefits strategy, for example.

But it takes an insightful, strategically clever recruitment business to recognise the value of investing in its current and future talent.”
