Having worked in education recruitment for several years, I joined the Baltimore team in 2020 and have already positively impacted my candidates and clients, with a number of key placements across adult social care and public health. I’m passionate about delivering for my candidates and clients and have been working primarily with our partners in the London & Home Counties region.

Who are you and what is your purpose?

I am the Divisional Lead for Adult Social Care, working alongside Leah to help manage a team of consultants dedicated to make a difference within Adult Social Care services.

My purpose is to be the best I can be for myself and others. I innately want to help and make a difference – my other half says I always take in waifs and strays, whether that be people or dogs!

What has been your greatest achievement (personal or professional)?

From a professional point of view, I have had an incredible journey over the last few years. Since joining Baltimore Consulting, I’ve achieved 3 promotions, and I am so proud to be a part of a mature, forward-thinking company that truly care and listen.

It also helps that I love the sector I look after! To get promoted to Divisional Lead of a sector I am so passionate about is a great achievement.

I love to be in a position to give back, and my greatest personal achievement are my two wonderful rescue dogs from The UK and Bosnia. Being able to give them a loving and nurturing home is an incredible feeling.

What advice would you give other leaders out there?

Listen and treat everyone one of your team as individuals; we are all different and we all learn in different ways. Tailor your approach accordingly. It’s not one size fits all.

Who inspires you? And why?

My Dad, he is just the best! He is so generous and works extremely hard. He’s managed to from the grassroots up to Director level within in his company.

I am him – his personality, his confidence, and his resilience.

Favourite Food

I basically love meat! Steak and Chicken any day!

What’s your leadership superpower?

I lead with integrity – I am consistent, honest and I stay true to myself in everything I do. I think this is so important, especially when building relationship based on trust as a foundation.
