Baltimore Consulting are delighted to announce a promotion within our team, appointing Adult Social Care specialist, Nikki Smith as our Divisional Lead.
Having already achieved 32% growth under her leadership, Baltimore Consulting’s Adult Social Care team have gone from strength to strength, making a significant change in areas such as public health, safeguarding and learning disabilities within local authorities across the UK.
Working within these vulnerable subject areas means that the level of care we give to our clients and candidates is second-to-none.
On her promotion to Divisional Lead of Adult Social Care, Nikki states:
