Louise Foster

Louise started her career in recruitment 22 years ago after graduating university, quickly progressing up the ranks before advancing into a learning and development role. It was the perfect opportunity to develop her skills and pass on her years of knowledge and passion for recruitment.

She has significant experience in building training teams to cover global operations, identifying training needs and delivering training from top to bottom within any business.

As Head of Talent and Development at Baltimore, her aim is to attract and hire the best talent in industry. It's also her role to make sure that training is tailored for the business needs. This includes a management development programme, as well as providing training that suits Consultants from trainee to senior, as well as non-sales staff.

She does on the floor coaching and mentoring, as well as classroom-based training. She has a passion for systems training and LinkedIn Recruiter training. Use the tools well and placements will come!

Louise works with individuals to identify training needs. Follow up is essential in ensuring that ROI is measurable and effective.
