We are currently working with a council in the North of England, who are seeking an experienced Interim Tribunal and Resolution Officer to work within the SEN Tribunals team. In order to be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record working as a Tribunal Officer within a local authority setting, along with recent experience of appeal management from start to finish including presenting the LA’s case hearing, covering whole resolutions and an expert knowledge of SEN/D & the SEND Code of Practice.
