Job Title:                                 Team Manager – MASH

Contract Length:                     Initial 3 interim contract

Location:                                  South East/Home Counties, Local Authority  

Pay rate:                                   £43 per hour

IR35 Status:                             Inside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in the South East/Home Counties for a Team Manager to come and support across MASH for an initial 3 months. You must be able to demonstrate decisive and safe choices for children in decision making, resilience and robust knowledge of social care services.

About your role as the Team Manager – MASH:

• As the Team Manager you will report to the Service Manager and provide key link between the frontline social workers and senior management team.
• You will be responsible for the chairing multi agency planning meetings for children and young people while collaborating with both internal and external partners.
• To maintain good levels of practice standards through audit and quality assuring case records, assessments, plans and documentation.
• You will play a key role in the Local Authorities duties to safeguard children and promote the welfare of children and young people.

 
Your required experience as the Team Manager – MASH:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Experience working at Team Manager level.
• Ability to challenge others constructively and make informed decisions.
• Ability to motivate staff, promote best practice and performance management.
• Available references for most recent 2 year’s roles and Enhanced DBS will be required.
• Ability to work bybrid on-site.
