Baltimore are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to manage their Adult Front door Service, you will be responsible for all of the intake calls to support the team.
This role is for a Southeast Authority and they are looking for someone to start ASAP.

You will be required on site each week for the first month, there will then be an agile way of working after that of 60/40 spilt on-site and will be able to stay away from home.

Your role as the Team Manager:

  • Looking at Preventative Measures
  • Eligible needs and assessments
  • Taking in Safeguarding referrals then passing them to the team
  • Volume is high and will need to support and manage
  • Ensuring standards are met and response times are held to.
  • Team need to be performing and resolutions managed
  • Thorough knowledge of legislation, Care act, Mental capacity etc
  • Social Work qualification is a must

About you as a Team Manager:

  • You will Practise best practise
  • Able to manage under pressure, motivate, push and follow through
  • Thorough and wrapped hand over to Service Manager
  • You will be a strong and balanced manager.
