Award winning Baltimore Consulting are looking to recruit a Team Leader, reporting to the Divisional Manager or Associate Director
As well as hitting your own personal monthly and annual sales targets, your role as a Team Leader will typically oversee one or more consultants or a division within the business
From inception in 2013, Baltimore Consulting have gone from strength to strength and now mirror a local authority with our Recruitment Divisions. We recruit across Adult Social Care & Children’s Services, Education, Housing, Property & Regeneration and the NHS. Our focus is on senior and niche appointment recruiting on an interim & permanent basis from Manager to CEO level.
Your responsibilities as a team leader will include:

  • Adhering to company policy and core values and ensuring this is filtered through to the sales team.
  • Assist with the development of consultants, through maintaining standards and providing high energy leadership.
  • Adopt a coaching approach to support consultant growth, working closely with the wider leadership team to ensure skills gaps are identified and addressed
  • Drive daily activities through appropriate use of rewards and incentives.
  • Ensure company standards are communicated and adhered to.
  • Identify opportunities for team or market expansion.
  • Manage upwards to the Divisional Manager / Associate Director where applicable.
  • Assist with monthly reviews
  • Be at the forefront of personal and business brand This means excelling at business development activity and being a key contributor to companywide marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver world class customer service to our candidates and clients.

 Your Key skills & attributes as the team leader:

  • An experienced billing 360 recruitment consultant, either looking to move into a team leading position or has previous experience of leading/managing a team
  • Proactive, positive attitude and high energy approach to work
  • Display a passion and willingness for learning and development, both personally and in promoting this to your team.
  • Emotional Intelligence and empathetic approach to deal with diverse / sensitive staff situations
  • Strong sales and recruitment process experience
  • Be an advocate and openly display Baltimore Consulting values in all internal and external dealings.
  • Good planning and organising skills
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally
  • A strong leader – Have the ability to inspire and lead from the front
