Talent and Organisational Development Consultant
3-month interim contract to start December 2022
Band 8A/B (£280-£350 per day)
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)
Remote/ Hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity within a large Health care organisation in the North West with an innovative and enthusiastic Leadership, Talent and OD team. They are currently looking for an insightful and curious Talent and OD Specialist to lead and provide strategic and operational support on OD and talent and high performing team culture.
Your Role as Talent and Organisational Development Consultant:
•Support the development of a high performance and a high reliability culture.
•Work closely with the organisations directorates and senior stakeholders to specify, design and deliver Talent and OD activities.
•Deliver against on going Projects which will enable future proofing the Trust’s core values.
•Advise and consult on workforce transformation best practice, resources, access and options that directly mirror the project objectives.
•Lead, manage and take strategic operational responsibility
Your previous experience as a Talent and Organisational Development Consultant:
•Experience of working across boundaries to develop a network of key stakeholders.
•Managing a diverse team utilising the full spectrum of HR practices.
•Ability to prioritise workload in response to the service needs.
•Broad experience of Project work and managing Projects in a complex multi system environment.
•Must demonstrate a high level of operational experience in the NHS.
