As Strategic Finance Business Partner – Growth & City Development, you will work directly with the Director of Finance, influencing multi‑million‑pound investment decisions that shape places, communities and long‑term economic outcomes. You’ll lead a team of commercial finance professionals and sit at the centre of ambitious regeneration, housing and infrastructure programmes where finance genuinely drives change, not just reports on it.

Your Role as Strategic Finance Business Partner – Growth & City Development:
• Strategic financial leadership across growth, regeneration, housing and planning portfolios
• Capital programme oversight including business cases, investment appraisals and funding strategies
• Commercial insight on land, property and development opportunities
• Senior partnering & influence with directors, members and external partners
• Team leadership & governance, ensuring strong control, risk management and value for money
Your previous experience as Strategic Finance Business Partner – Growth & City Development:
• Senior finance leadership experience in a complex organisation
• Proven capital & regeneration finance background with large‑scale programmes
• Expert business case development and investment appraisal skills
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management
• Track record of leading teams and delivering transformation
