Strategic Finance Business Partner – Adults and Health is a senior, high‑profile contract supporting Adults and Health services through sustained demand pressure, transformation and financial constraint. Reporting into the Director of Finance, you will operate at the heart of strategic decision‑making, influencing senior leaders and system partners while helping secure sustainable Adult Social Care delivery.

You will own the financial narrative across Adults and Health, balancing political sensitivity with robust challenge, and enabling leaders to make informed, future‑focused decisions. This Strategic Finance Business Partner – Adults and Health position places you at the centre of integration, working closely with NHS partners and system stakeholders while leading a Commercial Finance Business Partnering team through change.
You will be trusted to deputise for the Director of Finance when required, providing credible leadership and assurance at the highest level. The scope, visibility and influence of this role make it ideal for an experienced interim looking for a challenging assignment with real purpose.
