SI / Complaints Investigator – Urgent Care

6 Month Contract to start Immediatly 
North West England 
£225 – £275 per day (depedant on expierence)
Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

On-site presence is required 

We are currently working with an NHS Trust, who are looking for an SI/Complaints investigator – Urgent Care, to support within their current senior team. Reporting Into the Divisional Director of Nursing for Urgent Care, you will be delivering the Investigation of comprehensive and complex SI/Complaints to reduce the current backlog and making sure recent cases are being handle as they are coming In.
CV’s are being reviewed early next week, and interviews are taking place on the 27th of January.

Your role as a SI/ Complaints Investigator – Urgent Care

  • supporting the day-to-day coordination of the complaints process, liaising with Clinicians, logging Incidents Information, delivering pertinent questioning, collating Information and reporting to the Divisional Director
  • Supporting some of the current back logs in complaints as well as making sure they you are still delivering recently delivered Investigations.
  • Supporting a number of higher risk Inquest happening as well as looking at the 70+ cases that are already open.


Your previous expierence as a SI/ Complaints Investigator – Urgent Care

  • Experience In clinical Investigations
  • Process driven and good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding on the complexity of NHS organisations
