Service Manager – MASH, Assessment & EDT
Initial 3-6 month interim contract
South West, full-time (Hyrbid working)
£450 per day (umbrella), Inside IR35

An exciting new interim opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority in the South West for an experienced Service Manager for MASH, Assessment & EDT following the promotion of the current postholder.
 

My client is looking for an experienced leader with expertise in Front Line referral services and multi-agency partnership with a clear focus on practice improvement.
 

About your duties as the Service Manager – MASH, Assessment & EDT:

  • Working with a service improvement plan in line with Ofsted recommendations to improve practice, redesign of systems and working relationships with partner agencies.
  • Facilitating service workshop training with agencies across the city to better understand support needs for children and families.
  • Over seeing the review of the Building Support Document to ensure thresholds are understood and applied correctly.
  • Embedding a culture that understands the family history, in review of present needs
  • Promotion prompt and time efficient concerns with the MASH Service
  • Part of the leadership team to strengthen the quality, timeliness and efficacy of assessments within the Assessment Service.
  • Ensuring that the assessments captures children’s lived experiences and how this impacts holistically on the family dynamics.
  • Prompting efficient service delivery by the Out of Hours Services within Children’s Social Care and Adult Services

Your experience needed as the Service Manager – MASH, Assessment & EDT:

  • You will have experience in senior management (Service Manager) with expert knowledge of MASH & Integrated Front Door services.
  • Evidence good communication skills and transforming services in line with social care reforms
  • Must hold a valid enhanced DBS or be able to undertake a new one
  • Social work qualification and active registration with Social Work Engalnd
  • Available references for most recent 5 year’s roles
