Service Manager – CP, CIN, PLO & Court

Initial 3 month initial interim contract

Inside IR35 – £400 per day (umbrella)

5 days per week

A newly created role to add additional capacity to their leadership team supporting with the delivery of the improvement agenda for the council.

My client is looking for an experienced Service manager across locality services for an initial 3 month period but with a review to extend.

 

About your role as Service Manager – CP, CIN, PLO & Court:

  • The council has a longstanding workforce and the strong team has been working collaboratively since the Inadequate inspection in 2019.
  • A large focus of this role is centred on the improvement agenda and will be pivotal in the roll out of the new operating model at the end of this year/early new year.
  • The new model is bespoke and blends Signs of Safety, Restorative and Relational practice.
  • The ideal candidates will be empathetic in their approach to leadership with the recent changes but will demonstrate passion and a dynamic leadership style to support with the improvement agenda.

 

Your required experience as Service Manager – CP, CIN, PLO & Court:

  • Candidate must have experience in CP/Court at a SM level for a minimum of 2 years +
  • Must have worked in an improvement environment and delivered at pace
  • Must utilise relational based practice.
  • Social care qualification and active SWE registration is required for this post.
  • 2 years references
  • Current DBS or willingness to undertake one.
