Are you an experienced Service Manager looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and young people? This newly created Service Manager position has been established due to increased demand within a busy Children in Care service, providing vital leadership support for children with complex needs and care journeys. Reporting into senior leadership, you will work alongside an existing Service Manager to lead Team Managers and Assistant Team Managers, driving service excellence, strengthening reunification practice and ensuring positive outcomes for children in care.
This is an opportunity for a passionate Service Manager to play a key role in shaping high-quality social care services, improving practice standards and leading teams through a culture of learning, accountability and continuous improvement.

As a Service Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring children receive the right support at the right time, whilst developing resilient teams that consistently deliver outstanding practice. This role offers the opportunity to influence service development, lead complex decision-making and make a genuine difference to vulnerable children and families.
