Reporting into our Assistant Director & Divisional Manager for Education, we will provide you with market leading training, 1-2-1 coaching and support from our dedicated L&D team and SME’s within the business. Our education division have over 53 years of recruitment expertise, across the 9 Consultants within the team. They recently won team of the year for 2023 and have had consistent growth year on year. We specialise in placing Team Manager to C-suite level interim & permanent candidates across Education, Children & Adult Social Care.

We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our multi-award-winning public-sector recruitment business in the heart of Bristol. We work with local authorities UK wide to help our clients to source and retain the best talent on the market.

About you

We’re currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Division. You will have 18 months plus experience as an full 360 Consultant and have experience or be open to running a fast paced contract desk.
In this role you will focus on developing your market and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. You will be a confident negotiator, extremely motivated, self driven, and the thought of building a desk excites you!

Your experience as a Recruitment Consultant

  • 12 months plus experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Proven track record of winning your own business.
  • Negotiation skills & objection handling
  • Candidate sourcing & headhunting
  • Proven track record of building your own desk & market
