About you
Do you consider yourself to be an expert when it comes building relationships? Is business development second nature to you? Are you finding your clients consistently coming back with repeat business? You have excellent market knowledge, an established network and continually have candidates referred to you. You are money motivated and driven by your own success.
The role
In this role you will be responsible for building your desk including clients and candidates. You will map your market and identify what areas are hot and which clients are looking to hire. You will thrive off business development and be solely responsible for bringing on your own business sourcing and placing the best candidates on the market.
Across all of our sectors (Education, Adult Social Care and Childrens Social Care), we are currently looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants. We recruit for roles from Manager to C-Suite level on an interim and permanent basis into the public sector.
