Senior Public Health Commissioner

Interim role in based in the East Midlands
£330/day Inside IR35 via umbrella company
4 months to start ASAP

This role will be focusing on Health Prevention and Health Improvement.
 
Key Responsibilities as a Public Health Commissioning Manager:

  • Internal and external commissioning services
  • Contract Management
  • Carrying out needs assessments
  • Ensuring that commissioning and procurement frameworks are in place
  • Support the Deputy Director of Public Health
  • Develop and lead a multidisciplinary commissioning team
  • Ensure that all commissioning strategies, plans, intentions, and outputs are co-produced with relevant stakeholders

 
 
Essential experience as a Public Health Commissioning Manager:

  • Has previous commissioning experience within a public health team
  • Has demonstrable experience within a local authority
  • Can provide 2 year’s references + in a similar role
