Senior Project Manager – Construction
Rate: £500 per day
Location: South-West (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months

Interviews are set to take place ASAP.

Reporting across into multiple teams you will be accountable for the efficient design, planning, and execution of large-scale capital construction projects that are high-risk, high-cost, and highly visible. 

About the Senior Project Manager for Construction role:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Asset Management Plan, ensuring timely stock condition surveys and updates.
  • Oversee the Housing Asset Management Plan, stock condition data, and HRA Business Plan, aligning them with Council priorities.
  • Ensure housing assets are maintained to a high standard, with planned works and capital investments meeting client priorities, improvement targets, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare for Housing Regulator inspections, ensuring alignment with Consumer Standards.
  • Oversee customer and stakeholder feedback processes to drive continuous service improvement.

 
Your previous experience as a Senior Project Manager for Construction:

  • Project management experience within a Local Authority is essential
  • Significant Construction experience within a Local Authority
  • Able to evidence your experience of repairs and maintenance, through redevelopment of existing locations to the construction of new spaces.
  • Ability to work and communicate with several key stakeholders.
