Senior HR Professional

6-month initial interim contract


£500-£600 per day, Inside IR35

Full time, Hybrid


A fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Professional, reporting into the Director of HR for the local authority you will be supporting the organisation through a TUPE process and workforce transition plan by April 2023. You will lead due diligence, organisation design, recruitment to vacancies along with a multitude of other aspects that come from the process.

About your role as Senior HR Professional:


  • Create workforce transition plan to hand over to perm team
  • Reporting into the HR Director
  • Responsible for conducting a deep dive into what’s happening in children’s recruitment and children’s reward
  • Analysis around design, looking at trends and formulate questions around this


Your required experience as Senior HR Professional:


  • Agile and able to talk and have conversation with Trade Union
  • Experience working at senior business partner level
  • Must have experience of TUPE ideally within a Local Authority or Trust
  • Comfortable in leading conversations, plans and outcomes
  • Excellent communicator and be able to have conversations with a variety of people
