This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex, high‑value projects, influence senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role within a fast‑moving Development and Disposals function.
As Senior Development Valuer, you will report into a senior property lead, manage a demanding portfolio and be trusted to operate with autonomy from day one, with a formal review at the three‑month mark.
You’ll be at the centre of ambitious programmes covering disposals, acquisitions, development appraisals and feasibility studies, working across political, commercial and community priorities. If you thrive in complex environments and enjoy seeing tangible outcomes from your work, this role is designed for you.

You’ll bring sharp judgement, excellent written and presentation skills, and the confidence to make timely, well‑reasoned decisions that stand up to scrutiny. A current driving licence and access to a car are essential, reflecting the breadth of the portfolio you’ll oversee.
