Senior Commissioning Manager – Adult Social Care

£400 – 500 per day

Inside IR35

3 months initially up to 12-month contract

South London

Hybrid – Flexible

This busy local authority is looking for additional interim support to lead their cutting-edge collaborative commissioning programme to improve supply and existing stock of supported housing within Adult Social Care. 

Your role as a Senior Commissioning Manager

• Leading the development of a commissioning strategy of supported housing for adult’s social care
• Working closely with social landlords to improve the overall quality of the offering
• Identify opportunities to develop proposals for new supported housing schemes
• Identify and access funding streams to support improvement work

Your previous experience as a Senior Commissioning Manager:

• In depth knowledge of supported housing within adult social care
• Sound knowledge of commissioning models and partnership arrangements between social landlords, service providers and local authorities.
• Proven experience of commissioning major contracts and making changes to service provision to improve quality and standards.

Interviews will be happening via Teams as soon as possible with a start shortly after.
