Are you an experienced SEND Advisor or Improvement Consultant with a track record of driving improvements before or after an inspection? We’re actively seeking specialist consultants who can support local authorities in addressing key areas of development, compliance, and service transformation within SEND.
We are partnered with Local Authorities UK wide who are preparing for Inspection across their SEND services or are looking at areas for development and change post Inspection.
Do you have experience in –
🔹 Pre-Inspection Support – Preparing services for inspection, identifying risks, and ensuring robust frameworks are in place.
🔹 Post-Inspection Improvement – Working with councils to implement action plans, address areas of challenge, and drive sustainable change.
🔹 Operational Support/Additional Capacity – Providing hands-on support to ensure statutory compliance and reduce workload pressures.
