RPA Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Interim – 6 months initially
IR35 Status: Inside
Day Rate – £350-£400 per day
DBS Required:  Not Applicable
 
We’re looking for an RPA Analyst to support the Council’s automation initiatives. This role involves identifying and implementing process automation opportunities using UiPath, working closely with stakeholders and developers to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
 
Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field
  • UiPath certification preferred; other RPA platform certifications (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are a plus
  • Experience in process analysis, workflow mapping, or digital transformation
  • Familiarity with UiPath and other RPA tools, Excel, SQL, and basic scripting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess processes suitable for automation
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement automation solutions
  • Document workflows, business rules, and test cases
  • Monitor bot performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and governance standards
